This week I took a much needed vacation to clear my mind and just refresh mentally. Normally I do not listen to my body and mind when it tells me to sit down for a while, but this time things became clear that I needed to step back just a little. This I am trying to not think about work and just allow my mind to be clear from stress and worry. Better said than done, right. However, I managed to be stress free for at least a few days this week. What a miracle! My body thanks me and I am sure the people around me will be thankful as well. This week I decided to focus more on being grateful for everything I have than to complain about the little things or big things I do not have. Believe me it takes practice, but if feels better to focus on the victories I or you have accomplished instead of the past pain or the uncomfortable situation you and I may be in at times. Letting go is the key. Letting go feels so wonderful….Letting go begins with just a simple Thank you …being thankful for the simple things.
