Hello good people....this evening I entered into the blahs as I returned home. You know those days when you are so drained and the world seems overwhelming.. I had to sit and look around and tell myself how grateful I am to really be alive... I want to share with you what I wrote in my journal. I hope you enjoy and find some peace by reading this... What are you saying about yourself? What are you convinced you cannot do? If you are speaking depressing, self-defeating thoughts such as “I am worthless, it’s too late, I will never get that job, I will never get that promotion, or I am just too out of shape to do a certain thing.” If those negative thoughts are overpowering your mind, then you have just talked yourself out of what GOD has prepared for you. It is time for you to fight for the change you so desperately need in your life at this time.
Change your thoughts. Change your mind.
Make a decision today that...you are amazing! You are well able! You are a conqueror! You are beautiful! #healinghearts
