I wanted to end this on a positive/ hopeful note. There is not a day, which goes by that I do not think about the loss of my little girl. Admittedly, some days are harder to get through than others are. I hear the news that a family member is expecting or a good friend is about to have a new bundle of joy and I respond with gracious love for them, but inside a part of me weeps.
However, the good news is with each piece of joy I give to others, it has been returned to me abundantly. This, my friend, is all a part of allowing yourself to heal. On those days when you do not feel like getting up (and believe me there will be those days), find joy in knowing that Gods grace is sufficient. Gods grace has shined on you with the gift of the morning. Therefore, my friend I end on this note: Although your love one did not make it to see this day, you my beautiful friend, did! This new morning is a gift to you from HIM letting you know HE has not forgotten you. Although you may be in mourning and pain, rest assured HE has not forgotten you. God says there is a season for mourning and beyond that season HE will give you the crown of beauty for ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning and the garment of praise instead of the spirit of despair (Isaiah 61:3).
Continue to hold on and just remember GOD has you in the palm of HIS hands.
